How to IBC Transfer
The following is a guide on how to IBC transfer SLF token from Self Chain to Osmosis and also how to send "SLF on Osmosis" back to "SLF on Self Chain"
Using Frontier Web Extension to IBC Transfer
Before doing the IBC transfer, please take note of the following:
Never IBC transfer assets to a CEX or anywhere else that requires a memo. IBC transfers do not retain the meme across chains.
SLF token on Self Chain can only be sent by IBC to Cosmos, Osmosis, or Axelar.
Prerequisites
Have Frontier Web Extension installed.
Create a multi-chain wallet with Self Chain and Osmosis enabled.
Deposit some SLF tokens for IBC transfering.
How to IBC transfer SLF token from Self Chain to Osmosis
Switch the main network to Self Chain.
From the main view, click Send / IBC to open the IBC transfer page.
Enter the transfer details and review the order
Enter the osmosis address, the channel information will automatically filled.
Put the amount of SLF you wish to transfer.
No memo is needed.
Click Review Order and Send on the next screen.
After the transaction is confirmed, you will see the success message and the link to the IBC transfer transaction.
How to IBC transfer SLF token from Osmosis to Self Chain
Switch the main network to Osmosis.
From the main view, click Send / IBC to open the IBC transfer page.
Enter the transfer details and review the order
Enter the Self Chain address, the channel information will automatically filled.
Put the amount of SLF you wish to transfer.
No memo is needed.
Click Review Order and Send on the next screen.
After the transaction is confirmed, you will see the success message and the link to the IBC transfer transaction.
